Nice and varied set of characters you have there. Very nice, cartoony style too. It feels like those characters could have their own tv show. And don't feel bad about overlapping characters. It may be disheartening to be forced to cover some parts of your hard work, but sometimes it just look more natural than a bunch of characters standing in a perfect straight line, as if they were facing a firing squad.
